Refund & Return Policy

Because our services are digital and delivered online, refund requests are handled fairly and reviewed case by case based on project stage and scope.

3.1 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Work has not been started
  • Duplicate payment occurred

3.3 Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided for:

  • Completed services
  • Ongoing projects
  • Custom development work

3.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and are credited back through the original payment method.

3.5 Dispute Resolution

For billing or refund disputes, users must contact us first before raising chargebacks or payment disputes with their provider.
